Repairs are carried out from our North Dorset workshop by appointment, with collection and drop-off available across the local area.
90-day repair warranty
The specific repair carried out by DSR and the replacement part fitted by DSR are covered for 90 days from the date the repaired device is returned, subject to the warranty terms.

- EnquireTell us what device you have and what needs attention. If you’re not sure what the fault is, just describe what’s happening.
- Your quoteWe’ll explain the repair options, parts and price before you decide whether to go ahead.
- Parts orderedOnce you’re happy to proceed, the parts payment is taken and your part is ordered. We’ll then arrange a convenient repair appointment, with your parts ready to go on the day.
- RepairYour device is repaired and tested. Most straightforward repairs are completed during the appointment.
- CollectionOnce everything is ready, you collect your device and pay the remaining fitting charge.

Bring it in, we’ll collect, or send it by post.
DSR operates from a home-based workshop in Okeford Fitzpaine, with repairs carried out by appointment only. Choose the option that works best for you.
Typical collection areas include Blandford, Sturminster Newton, Shaftesbury and surrounding villages.
